PKR has added PKR point tournaments to their schedule.  This means you can gamble your PKR poker points at the table, to try to build them up and earn some great prizes at the PKR shop or enter PKR point satellite tournaments.

This is great for if you have say 500 points, but need 1000 points to enter a satellite tournament or premium freeroll you were hoping to get into.  Just gamble the PKR points you currently have to try to reach your goal.  Forget about playing for real money at PKR, now you can just play for PKR points!

Full Tilt Poker's Take 2 Points Promotion

Full Tilt’s new Take 2 promotion will allow players to earn double full tilt points between January 26th and February 1st by playing at more than one Full Tilt ring game.

**One catch is that you must elect to participate in this promotion and will not be awarded for your 2 table play unless you do.  Here is how you can opt in to participate in the Take 2 promotion:

Titan Poker Million Dollar Race

Titan poker has started their Million Dollar Rake Race.  From January 12th to April 28th Titan Poker is giving away $1,000,000 in cash to all of their players who are playing cash games at Titan Poker.

The main event challenge is running throughout the entire event and is giving away a prize pool of $300,000.  First prize in the main event is $75K and after 2 days vader793 from Canada is off to an early lead.  Prizes are paid right down to 3000th position, which is a $30 prize.

There are also monthly and weekly rake races, with monthly races giving away $50K each and weekly races handing out $5K each.

On top of this there are 3 day Country races, where players from a specific country compete for the prize pool.  For example from Jan. 25 to Jan. 27, Canadians will compete in a $3000 rake race.  26 countries in total have their own personal races.  To see if your country is included check out the schedule.

Full Tilt Sit'n'go Madness is Back

Sit and go madness is back at Full Tilt from January 9th at 4pm EST until 4pm ESt no January 11th.  Earn the most sit and go points in any of the two hour blocks during Sit and go madness to win the cash prizes.  First place in the $1-$2 group is $20, and first place in the $50 to $110 group is $500 every 2 hours.  There are 7 places paid every 2 hours.

The overall leaderboard is also in effect, with the top 2 players from each of the 4 buy-in categories meeting in a $5k 8 player tournament on the 17th of January.  And lets not forget about the raffle.  Every time you win a sit and go during Sit and go madness you earn one raffle ticket towards the more than 1000 prizes being given away in the raffle. 

Just make sure the tournaments are labeled in green and multitable like a madman for your chance at some of this extra cash being given out by Full Tilt.  This is a great promotion for sit’n'go players who are used to multi-tabling.
